Licensed Clergy Report for Calendar Year 2024
All clergy, not canonically resident but licensed to serve in Upper South Carolina, should complete this form reporting their activities during Calendar Year 2024 and request license renewal for 2025. Forms should be completed and returned to Frank Ballard at [email protected] by January 15, 2025. All reports will be reviewed by Bishop Richards in January.
Non-Parochial Clergy Annual Report - Calendar Year 2023
All clergy canonically resident in Upper South Carolina (retired and non-retired) who were not assigned to a congregation with a Letter of Agreement signed by the bishop should complete this form reporting their activities during Calendar Year 2023. Forms should be completed and returned to Frank Ballard at [email protected] by January 15, 2024. All reports will be reviewed by Bishop Richards in January.

Clergy Compensation Resolution
Eucharistic Minister Training
Priests can do their own training for Eucharistic Ministers. Once completed, send the Licensed Ministries Request Form to the diocese house for certificate processing.
Licenses are issued with a 5-year expiration from the date processed. Guidelines for ministers are set forth in this document: Guidelines for Training Eucharistic Ministers
